MOUNTAIN TRAINING KIT LIST
We’ll be in touch well before your trip with a suggested kit list, tailored for your specific adventure.
At a minimum, we recommend packing the following:
CLOTHING
Outerwear
- Waterproof jacket
- Waterproof trousers
- Warm jacket or fleece
Clothing
- Jumpers
- Combat pants
- Jeans x 1
- T-shirts x 5
- Walking trousers
- Tops for walking (not cotton)
- Jumper with long neck (warm)
Underwear & Accessories
- Thermal underwear
- Socks x 3
- Walking socks
- Warm hat / water proof hat
- Gloves (waterproof or builders)
Footwear
- Walking or Hiking boots (waterproof)
EQUIPMENT
- Backpack (40 litres or more)
- Head torch
- Sleeping bag
- Roll matt
- Water proof bag (for your wet items)
- Water container (at least 3 litres)
- 1 stove or cooking pot (per pair)
Toiletries & Other Items
- Wash-bag
- Shampoo
- Shower-gel
- Sun-factor
- Hair ties
- Ear plugs
- Plasters (for feet/blisters etc)
